Besides the integrated tracking functionality, users can also take advantage of popular apps and devices, such as Google Fit to help synchronize exercise, weight, sleep and other data with dacadoo. To help your users remain active and engaged, dacadoo applies motivation techniques from behavioral science and gamification, collaborative features from social networks, and provides personalized feedback.
