The morning and evening remembrances have a great merit for the Muslim, as they fortify him from demons, and the Muslim must remember God at the end of every prayer and in times of hardship and prosperity, and the Muslim should preserve them, for one of its benefits is the openness of the chest, the reassurance of the heart, and the company of God Almighty and his remembrance of the servant in the highest public, where God said Almighty: “Those who believe and whose hearts are at peace in the remembrance of God, but in the remembrance of God do hearts find rest.”

Among the virtues of remembrance in general and the remembrances of the morning and evening in particular, is what was mentioned in the two Sahihs and others that the Messenger of God (peace and blessings of God be upon him) said: He who says there is no god but God alone, who has no partner, has the kingdom and to Him belongs praise, and He is over all things omnipotent on a day a hundred times. He has ten necks, and a hundred good deeds are written for him, and a hundred bad deeds are erased from him, and it was a protection for him from Satan that day until evening, and no one came with better than what he brought except one who did more than that.

And every Muslim must start his day with the morning remembrances and end his day with the evening remembrances and protect himself from Satan’s incitements.

And the benefit of being early here is that there are remembrances for memorization, and when you say them, God protects you all night, and whenever you say them at the beginning of its time, he claims that care includes you for a longer period, and if you delay pronouncing them, that period will be shortened, when you say, for example, “Oh God, I ask you the best of this night and the best of what follows, and I seek refuge in you from The evil of this night and the evil of what follows it.” Something bad may happen to you at the time before the remembrance.
The morning and evening remembrances are written for daily attendance and dependence on it also when traveling, as the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, commanded us to recite the remembrances in the morning and evening from the Qur’an and Sunnah, because they protect us from the evils of the world.
