When the APP is in the background mode, the care center will remind you in the usual way of answering the phone when performing video care. After choosing to answer, the APP will be opened for video chat.

· Read phone status

When the APP receives a video request, it will play a ringtone to remind the user.
The APP will detect the status of the phone, and when the phone rings, it will adjust the volume of the above ringtone, so this permission is required
· Access photos, media, files

When an error occurs in the APP, the record will be written to the file, and the report will be reported if the network allows.
