The boundary cuts a fracture / we use imagination to cross

A group of lonely people, unable to communicate with others, the desire to have children, the shackles of the past, the physical imprisonment carried by women, the explosion of information and anxiety... The world is so cruel, the boundaries between opposition and prejudice, but this is them The truth that cannot escape. If reality has a boundary, will it be a black hole that links time travel? Is the other end a dream? Strange land? Or is it another reality?

The "Wu Du You Ou Studio Theater", which is good at multiple puppets, and the "Tubingen Body Theater", which has a dark style and specializes in hanging silk puppets, have worked together for three years to create a poetic and fantasy dreamland!

"Crossing the Boundary of Reality" starts from the East and West monsters "Shan Hai Jing", "Imaginary Animals" and "Monsters Taiwan History". The two directors Zheng Jiayin and Frank. Thorne Music uses puppets and performers, modern and traditional techniques for theater exploration; through those "indescribable and unspeakable" ideas for the exchange of ideas between the East and the West.

Combining dolls/shapes/real-time images/live music, they move on the boundaries of reality and converge into a futuristic theater vocabulary, reproducing the time travel between the real and the virtual, and shaping the various monsters that contemporary people are facing. And the various fears that it metaphors constructs a worldview that crosses the boundaries of dreams and reality, known and unknown.
