4. If you want to smoke, you can press the button to overcome the temptation and check the advice
5. If you want to change the set data, press the menu button on the upper left of the screen, move to change settings and enter
6. If you want to share smoking cessation data on Twitter or LINE, press the "Twitter" icon button at the top right of the screen. The number of cigarettes you quit smoking and a screenshot of the app are automatically entered and can be posted.
