영월고등학교 총동창회 (각 기수포함) 회원수첩

영월고등학교 총동창회 전용 회원수첩 어플입니다. 기수등 각 모임별 어플과함께 동창회전용 erp홈페이지도 함께 사용하실 수 있습니다.
주요기능은
1. 스마트폰 어플과 연동되는 pc홈페이지를 함께 사용할 수 있습니다.
2. 총동창회 산하 각 기수등도 모임별로 별도 어플을 만들어 사용할 수 있습니다.(총동창회 + 각 기수 + 지역모임 + 동호회). 각 모임별 별도 어플생성, 아이디는 전체 하나의 아이디 사용.
3. 관리자가 회원을 그룹별로 관리할 수 있습니다.(그룹별 문자, 이메일 발송)
4. 게시글을 전체회원 혹은 그룹별 선택하여 푸시알림으로 발송할 수 있습니다.(무료)
5. 스마트폰어플에서 촬영한 사진과 글을 등록하면 홈페이지에도 동시 등록됩니다.
5. 스마트폰으로 행사참석여부등 설문, 투표 결과를 실시간 집계하고 항목별 응답자 현황도 확인할 수 있습니다.
6. 회원명부에서 회원을 검색, 선택하면 사진과 연락처를 볼 수 있으며 전화나 이메일을 선택하여 즉시 발송할 수 있습니다. (별도의 회원수첩 책자 불요)
7. 회원가입시 관리자에게 알림이오고 관리자가 그자리에서 승인하면 가입자에게도 즉시 알림발송됩니다.(회원가입부터,승인,사용이 실시간 이루어짐.)
8. 무료로 전체회원에게 경조사 문자(sms)발송도 할 수 있습니다.(결혼, 부고)
