1. Pay utility bills (rent, electricity, etc.);
2. Receive the latest news from your home and announcements from the managing organization;
3. Transfer readings of water meters;
4. Call the master (plumbing, electrician or other specialist) and set the time of the visit;
5. Order and pay for additional services (cleaning, water delivery, equipment repair, glazing of balconies, real estate insurance, measurement and verification of water meters);
6. Issue passes for the entrance of guests and the entry of cars;
7. Communicate with the dispatcher of the management company on-line in a chat;
8. Evaluate the work of your management company.

How to register:
1. Install the Basis mobile application.
2. Enter your phone number for identification.
3. Enter the address where you live.
4. Enter the confirmation code from the SMS message.
