Приложение ГИС ЖКХ – это возможность управлять своим жильем он-лайн:

∙ Передавайте показания приборов учета
∙ Получайте и оплачивайте начисления за ЖКX
∙ Направляйте обращения по обслуживанию и знакомьтесь с ответами на них
∙ Голосуйте по вопросам общих собраний собственников помещений.

В личном кабинете ГИС ЖКХ сохраняется история:
∙ начислений и оплат
∙ показаний приборов учета
∙ поверок счетчиков
∙ статистика потребления коммунальных услуг
∙ переписка с обслуживающими и контролирующими организациями
∙ результатов голосований, проведенных с использованием системы.

Вход в мобильное приложение ГИС ЖКХ осуществляется с помощью учетной записи портала Госуслуг.

Для получения доступа ко всем сервисам мобильного приложения ГИС ЖКХ необходимо подключить лицевые счета на портале ГИС ЖКХ.

Обращаем ваше внимание, что в Москве, Санкт-Петербурге и Севастополе обязанность по размещению информации в ГИС ЖКХ наступает с 1 июля 2019 года. В связи с этим, для жителей этих городов информация в ГИС ЖКХ может иметь ограничения.
