On the Roomba itself, tap and hold the buttons with the target icon and the home icon until the Roomba makes a tone. Your vacuum will take a moment to connect to your Wi-Fi network. Once it's done, you should see a screen like the one on the right.

Roomba without a Smartphone The iRobot app on your smartphone will still work. It is not necessary to have a smart mobile phone to make the Roomba vacuum work. To use Roomba iRobot without a Smartphone, all you have to do press the 'CLEAN' button on iRobot. The Roomba vacuum will start to clean the floors.
