Develop your area's economy and farm land and recruit more troops to invade the enemy territory.
Increase your controlled territory and build up your strength.
By defeating enemy forces, you can make an ordinary officer into your company.
The game is completed when you defeat all of the enemy forces.

Save will be done automatically at the beginning of the turn.
You can play from the last saved place by choosing "Continue" in the title screen.

The difficulty will be entirely different depending on the forces you selected at the start.
Just like in real life Flush Island, three of them are better in terms of economic power and food production.
Also, Aizu Wakapine City will start with two officers, which will give you an edge.
Fukushi City: Country power is slightly inferior to Koriyama city, Iwaki city, but there are two officers.
Koriyama: Has a high country power. The difficulty is that there are many adjacent enemy countries.
Iwaki City: Higher country power, with fewer adjacent enemy countries.
Aitsu Wakapine City: There are two officers while inferior in national power to the three big cities.
