- All customers over 17 years of age and Korean nationals who have a smartphone in their name can use it.

- You can download through 3G/LTE and wireless internet (Wi-Fi) of mobile carriers. Please note that data charges may apply if the capacity specified in the flat rate plan is exceeded in 3G/LTE.
