선교하는 교회
교회는 하나님의 말씀을 전하고 잃어버린 영혼을 구원하는 전도와 선교를 위해 존재합니다.
주님이 맡기신 지상명령은 \'가서 제자 삼으라\'고 하는 전도와 선교의 사명이었습니다.
모든 그리스도인은 따라서 하나님 나라의 대사입니다. 교회는 성령님의 인도하심을 따라 주님의 대사를 양육하고 선교사를 파송하여 돕는 일에 최선을 다하는 선교공동체가 되어야 합니다.

말씀중심 교회
예수님께서 지상에서 사역하실 때 열심히 하나님 나라 복음을 가르치셨습니다. 복음은 들음에서 나며, 들음은 그리스도의 말씀으로 말미암는다는 성경말씀은 신앙생활의 뿌리이자 기초이고, 최고의 권위입니다.
교회는 예배와 그리고 성경공부와 제자훈련을 통하여 열심히 성경을 공부하고, 암송하고, 묵상하여 말씀을 생활에 적용하는 말씀공동체가 되어야 합니다.

평신도사역 교회
교회의 99%는 사역자가 아닌 평신도입니다.
하나님의 특별한 부르심을 받아 일생을 사역을 위해 드리는 전임 교역자와 다른 작업을 가지고 부분적으로 사역에 참여하는 평신도는 여러 면에서 다르며, 또 전문성을 가진 것이 사실입니다. 평신도들을 잘 활용되기만 한다면 사역은 새로운 활력과 효과를 얻을 것입니다. 이것을 위하여 필요한 것이 ‘은사개발’입니다. 교회는 적극적으로 평신도를 깨우고 발전시켜서 사역에 동참시키므로서 평신도들이 움직이는 교회가 되도록 할 것입니다.

지역사회를 섬기는 사회
개교회는 지역을 근거로 하고 있습니다. 이 말은 그 지역에 살고 있는 주민 안에서 있다는 것입니다.
즉 교회는 교회로서의 섬기는 모습을 그 지역 주민들에게 보여줄 때 하나님께 영광을 돌리고 교회도 성장하게 됩니다.
그 방법으로서 교회의 시설을 개방하여 여러 가지 문화강좌와 사역 등을 통하여 지역사회 주민들을 그리스도의 사랑으로 섬기는 가운데 전도의 열매 맺는 교회가 되기를 원합니다.
Missionary Church
The church exists for evangelism and missions to preach the word of God and save lost souls.
The Lord's commission was the mission of evangelism and missions that said, 'Go and make disciples.'
Every Christian is therefore an ambassador of the kingdom of God. The Church should be a mission community committed to nurturing the Lord's ambassadors and sending missionaries to help, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Word-based Church
When Jesus worked on earth, he worked hard to teach the gospel of the kingdom of God. The Bible says that the gospel comes from hearing, and that hearing comes from the word of Christ, which is the root, foundation, and highest authority of the walk of faith.
The church should be a community of people who study, memorize, and meditate on the Bible through worship, Bible study, and discipleship.

Lay Ministries Church
99% of churches are laymen, not ministers.
It is true that the layman who is part of the ministry with a different work is different in many respects and has a specialty from a full-time worker who is given a special call of God to give his life for ministry. The ministry will gain new vitality and effectiveness if it is used to the lay people. What is needed for this is 'the development of the company.' The church will actively awaken and develop the laity and engage in ministry so that the laity can become a moving church.

A community that serves the community
The local church is based on the region. This means that you are in a villager living in the area.
In other words, when the church shows its local people the service of the church, it gives glory to God and the church grows.
In this way, I want to open the church's facilities and become a fruit-bearing church while serving the local people with the love of Christ through various cultural lectures and ministries.
