The application is intended only for patients registered by their doctor in the RMS-Service (Risk Group Patient Monitoring Service). Ask your doctor or hospital head doctor for details.

The Risk Group Patient Monitoring Service is designed to organize regular monitoring of patients' well-being without the need to visit a hospital.

For patients, the Service solves the following main tasks:
- transferring information about your state of health to your doctor (pressure, blood sugar, etc.);
- receiving prescribing medications from your doctor;
- receiving notifications about the need for medication;
- receiving from the doctor recommendations for adjusting the course of treatment;
- receiving from the doctor recommendations for making an appointment;
- storage and viewing of the history of medication and well-being.

For hospitals and general practitioners:
- regular monitoring of well-being of patients at risk without taking an admission;
- adjustment of the course of treatment of the patient without taking;
- maintaining a schedule for taking medications by patients;
- View statistics on the well-being of patients;
- Alert that patient data is outside the normal range.
