"Balloon" is a game designed for children who are on the autism spectrum. Its main purpose is to get acquainted with colors, shapes and the alphabet.

The aim of the game is for the child to collect with the balloon the colors, shapes or letters that are asked of him. To do this the child moves the balloon left and right by resting his finger on the screen. For example, its screen shows that it must find the square shape. Flying with the balloon will meet circles, triangles and hexagons. The child is asked to choose
the square and move the balloon to the appropriate position.
The game can be used as a training tool by specialist educators, psychologists, occupational therapists, parents and other professionals dealing with children on the autism spectrum. Helps children on the autism spectrum become familiar with colors, shapes and the alphabet. Also develop skills such as concentration, attention, perception, observation and response to visual stimuli.

The game was designed by CHALLEDU-inclusion | games | education after the implementation of the festival "ABI GAMES- we design and play in the autism spectrum" which aimed to socialize and include children in the autism spectrum along with raising awareness of students three and three residents of Chalkida.

The festival was co - organized by Challedu - inclusion | games | education and the Special Kindergarten of Chalkida and was supported by the Regional Unit of Evia and the Support Points

The "Balloon" was created some time later as a continuation of our team's work for children on the autism spectrum.
