O Aeschylus, dramatic poet, was born in 525 BC or 524 BC in Eleusis.
He was the scion of a noble landowner Eforionos, the genus Codrids and presented early in the dramatic competitions at the 70th Olympiad (499/496 BC), where he competed against the dramatic poets Pratinas and Choerile. It was an Athenian citizen who participated in the battles against the Persians, and had two brothers who also fought in the battle of Marathon, the defense and the Kynaigeiro. The latter even died at Marathon in an effort to keep with his hands as he was probably Manual force and wrestler, a ship before the Persians come off. This involvement reflects the theatrical and poetic arena is precisely the historical moment of the city, interpreted ideologically, politically and philosophically and interpreted it. His work concentrated the meaning of the law, and the consciousness of the poet as a militant citizen. According to G. He traveled a second time in Sicily probably because of his disagreement with the Athenian audience - as shown in a passage in Aristophanes' Frogs. He died in Gela in 456/455 BC. Said that when he was killed suffered head of a turtle, which had been thrown up by an eagle to break the shell and then to eat. The Athenians secured his legacy of great dramatic poet, voting in accordance with the law which allowed anyone who wanted to participate in the contest works of Aeschylus. His two sons, sensitivity and euphoria, also wrote tragedies and Filoklis, son of his sister. The euphoria allegedly beat and even his father and Sophocles in dramatic contests.
