[FAQ for Mobile App Update]

1. Guide to action in case of App error after update
-If the app freezes when attempting to play a lecture, please use it after'Settings> Device Deregistration'.
-If the same symptom persists, re-run the app after exiting. If the same symptom persists, please contact customer service if an error occurs after reinstalling the app after deleting the app.

2. After updating, I cannot play the downloaded lecture in my library.
-Device registration is required first in order to play the lecture. Device registration is registered when playing directly with the first lecture view.
-If the downloaded lecture cannot be played, check the playback through'Enter My Classroom> Select Lecture> View Lecture' and then play the lecture in my library to play it normally.
