شروط وأحكام المسابقة
تخضع كافة الطلبات التي تُقدّم من خلال هذا الموقع الإلكتروني والتطبيق الذكي للشروط والأحكام المذكورة فيه ولأي تحديثات قد تطرأ من وقت إلى آخر؛ وعلى المستخدم/المشارك الاطلاع على التحديثات من فترة إلى أخرى. يخضع المستخدم/المشارك للشروط والأحكام الواردة في هذه الصفحة وأي شروط خاصة أخرى قد ترد في الموقع الإلكتروني أو التطبيق الذكي، وأي تعديلات قد تطرأ عليها من وقت لآخر.

لأغراض المشاركة في المسابقة، يجب أن يكون المستخدم هو ذاته المشارك.
تستمر لمدة 1000 يوم ومكافأة 1000 فائز بواقع فائز واحد في كل يوم وسوف يحصل الفائز على مكافأة مالية بقيمة 1000 دولار أمريكي.

يجب على المشارك أولاً التسجيل في الموقع الإلكتروني أو التطبيق الذكي وللذين قاموا بالتسجيل من خلال حساباتهم في منصات التواصل الاجتماعي فيجب عليهم استكمال ملفهم الشخصي في الموقع الإلكتروني أو التطبيق الذكي قبل البدء بالمشاركة في المسابقة.

سيتم اختيار الفائز بشكل عشوائي من قبل النظام الخاص بالمسابقة وذلك من قائمة المشاركين بالأجوبة الصحيحة للسؤال.

في حال تم اختيار الفائز سيتم إخطاره من خلال بريد إلكتروني وطلب تعبئة نموذج بكافة التفاصيل مثل المعلومات الشخصية ومن ينوب عن المشارك في حال كان قاصراً، تفاصيل الحساب المصرفي وغيرها من المعلومات وسيتم منح مهلة أسبوعين لغرض تقديم النموذج.
يحق لإدارة المسابقة رفض أي فائز في الحالات التالية
اسم الفائز غير واضح أو مكتمل أو استخدام أسماء مستعارة لشخصيات أخرى أو أسماء لا تمثل بشكل رسمي المستخدم

في حال لم يتم تقديم النموذج ضمن المهلة المحددة، فسيتم استبعاد الفائز ولن يستلم الجائزة

في أي حالات أخرى ترى إدارة مدرسة ضرورة استبعاد الفائز

سيتم إرسال قيمة الجائزة خلال 60 يوماً من تاريخ استلام النموذج
لن تتحمل الجهة المرسلة للجائزة أي ضرائب أو رسوم مفروضة في البلد المرسل إليه
لا يجوز بأي حال من الأحوال الاعتراض أو تقديم اعتراضات على الفائز أو الاعتراض من قبل المشاركين وإن كانت أجوبتهم صحيحة وقدمت خلال المهلة المحددة للمسابقة.
إدارة مدرسة غير مسؤولة عن أي خرق لحقوق الملكية الفكرية والحقوق الأخرى لأي طرف وعلى المشارك التأكد من أنّ ما قدّمه لا يشكّل أي خرق لحقوق أي طرف

المشارك على علم ودراية بأنه مخوّل باستخدام الموقع الإلكتروني والتطبيق الذكي وعليه الاحتفاظ بكلمة السر واسم المستخدم في مكان آمن وعدم السماح باستخدامهما، وفي حال تقديم المشارك المشاركة نيابة عن جهة أو شخص معنوي فيجب أن يكون مخولاً بذلك.

تخضع المشاركات للتشريعات وتعديلاتها المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وينعقد الاختصاص الحصري لمحاكم دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة

قد يتم تعديل الشروط والأحكام الواردة، وعلى المستخدم / المشارك الاطلاع الدائم على التحديثات.

Terms and conditions of the competition
All requests submitted through this Website and Smart Application shall be governed by the terms and conditions mentioned therein and any updates that may occur from time to time; the user / participant shall review the updates from time to time. For purposes of participating in the contest, the user must be the same participant.
 Lasts 1000 days and rewards 1000 winners with one winner per day and the winner will receive a reward of US $ 1000.

The Contest Administration may refuse any winner in the following cases
The winner's name is unclear or incomplete, or aliases are used for other characters or names that do not represent the user

If the form is not submitted within the deadline, the winner will be excluded and will not receive the prize

In any other case, a school principal considers the winner to be excluded

The prize amount will be sent within 60 days of receiving the form
The sender of the prize will not be charged any taxes or fees imposed in the sending country
In no case shall objections or objections be made to the winner or objection by the participants, although their answers are correct and submitted within the time limit specified for the contest.
School management is not responsible for any infringement of intellectual property rights and other rights of any party and the participant must ensure that his / her submission does not constitute any breach of the rights of any party

The Participant is aware that he is authorized to use the Website and Smart Application and to keep the password and user's name in a safe place and not to allow their use. If the Participant submits on behalf of a party or a legal person, he must be authorized to do so.

Members are subject to the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates

Terms and conditions may be modified, and the user / participant will have constant access to updates.
