Settings ---> system ---> --- Language & input> Text-to-speech output ---> Google Text-to-speech (i) (Google text-to-speech engine) (i) [default on some phones there are other TTS engines] == => settings :( here you can change your language, Google text-to-speech engine settings, install voice data) or conventional :( here you can change your settings, such as: voice rate , listen to an example, the default language of the state.)
