Rayan Andisheh Nasr company with 16 years of experience in the field of production of public communication systems and relief and accidents and setting up 1666 national health insurance systems, 139 pastures and watershed organizations of the country, the integrated system of visitation of the Martyr Foundation and the affairs of martyrs, 194 relief systems and gas incidents, 122 aid and water and sewage incidents and 137 more than 100 municipalities, since 2012, has designed a comprehensive system of citizen's mobile phones and municipal organizational mobile phones with the Shahrnik brand name. My project is an integrated system for managing the city and establishing direct communication between citizens and municipalities. This system consists of two versions, citizen and organization. The citizen edition is produced for citizens living in cities or villages across the country. In such a way that every citizen anywhere in Iran by downloading and installing it, if that city or village is covered by the system, can benefit from its various features, including the following:
1. Receiving and paying municipal bills
2. Receive the latest city and village news
3. Receiving various educational contents in video-audio and text format
4. Record the problems of your city or village and inform about the process of dealing with them
5. Information about city service centers including their address, location and contact number
6. Dedicated folder of messages registered for the citizen from the municipality or village council
7. Electronic government in order to receive all kinds of forms, their electronic registration without the need to be present at the municipality and village hall

Parand Man is not a software for registering urban problems. It is a comprehensive software that every citizen should have on his mobile phone to be informed about all the events and facilities of his city and village and to establish his non-personal communication with the municipality. .
