It is an app that is turned off by the wind. You need to allow the microphone in the permission settings.
It will not turn off unless microphone permission is allowed.
To set the permission, press and hold the Happy Birthday Cake app icon on the desktop for 1 second.
A sub-menu will open, select the app information from there
Just go to the permission settings and allow the microphone.

This is because the Android version has been upgraded, and security has been strengthened, so the camera or microphone permission is not automatically set and blocked by the default option.
