The app may serve as a guide to the risk of future consumer litigation before making a consumer or business relationship to increase consumer awareness.

The application contains a list of companies and organizations which, following a consumer dispute, did not accept the recommendation of the conciliation body in the event of an unfavorable decision for them, and the decision was therefore disregarded in the list of non-cooperating organizations.

The application is able to update the list from the Internet, but it can be used with the latest data without an Internet connection.

The list is searchable, browsable, and a company can be listed several times.

The data is official data from the conciliation panel.

The application can also search for infringing web pages, which are listed in detail in the application.
