Puedes descargar el app Mi Movistar desde el store (App Store para iOS o Play Store para Android) de tu dispositivo o haciendo clic aquí.

Ingresá a la app Movistar Play desde tu celular / tablet o a www.play.movistar.com.ar desde tu PC. Iniciá sesión con tu usuario y contraseña Mi Movistar, si no tenés generá uno desde la opción Activalo desde la web y luego seguí los pasos de activación. Vas a recibir un mail de bienvenida a Movistar Play.

¿Cómo pagar la factura de forma telefónica?
- Llamá a *611.
- Una locución te dará la bienvenida y te pedirá que confirmes la línea por la que querés consultar.
- Ingresá en la opción: Para consultar tu factura, tu saldo, pagar o avisar que pagaste.
- Luego ingresá en la opción: Para pagos con tarjeta de débito o crédito.

¿Cómo se ingresa a la app Mi Movistar?
- Con celular: Ingresá tu número de línea móvil. Podés gestionar la línea ingresada. Si tenés más de una línea ingresá con contraseña.
- Con contraseña: Ingresá email y contraseña registrados. Podés gestionar todos tus productos y servicios Movistar.

Para actualizarlo ingresá en Soporte de Equipos y elegí tu equipo. Tené en cuenta que si no compraste tu celular en Movistar, debés contactarte con el fabricante para la actualización del software.

Gratis seguí todos tus consumos y saldo disponible.. Tu factura. Mirá, descargá y pagá tu factura con tarjeta de crédito, débito o Mercado Pago.Problemas técnicos. Ingresá el problema que tengas en tu línea o internet y consultá el seguimiento del mismo.Avisar que pagué ... Contratá Internet y TV.

Podés consultar qué pack tenés activo, su vigencia y tus consumos:
- Desde la App Mi Movistar consulta tus consumos (gigas, minutos y SMS) todas las veces que quieras sin cargo.
- Marca *611#SEND, elegí la opción Consulta de Saldo. Tenés consultas gratis ilimitadas.
- Llama al *444, cada consulta tiene un cargo de $0,35.
