● What is Michibiki Shelter?
It is an application for using the satellite safety confirmation service of Michibiki.
Satellite safety confirmation service is used as a means to send information of shelters to the control station via MICHIB at the time of disaster and collect it.
This application is used when collecting information on evacuees who have evacuated to a shelter where a satellite communication terminal that can communicate with Michibiki is installed. At the evacuation center, information on evacuees is collected with a dedicated device (PC, etc.), and information is sent via satellite to a satellite communication terminal.

● Main functions of MICHIBIKI shelter
【Input of Evacuee Information】
・ Enter the evacuees' information.
【QR code generation】
・ Displays the entered information as a QR code.
Scan the QR code with a dedicated device (such as a PC).
【Transmission of Evacuee Information】
-Send the input information to a dedicated device (PC, etc.) via Wi-Fi installed at the shelter.
