▣ How to use
-Non-face-to-face service application (individual business owners): After installing SOL Biz, you can sign up and open an account by proceeding with identity verification and non-face-to-face real name verification process.
-Visit a branch to apply for service: Visit the branch with documents and apply for Shinhan Sol Biz registration ※ Please check the required documents at Customer Center 1599-8008

▣ Caution
-Data charges may apply when downloading via 3G, LTE, etc. We recommend downloading over Wi-Fi.
-It cannot be used on hacked devices.
-If the certificate cannot be copied, it may be a problem such as a firewall, so please proceed with a PC in another location.
-If the installation does not work, please check the ‘Unknown source’ check in the environment settings.

▣ In order to use Shinhan Solbiz (SOL Biz), the following access rights are required.
(Required) Phone: Mobile phone status and ID verification, customer center call connection Shinhan Card member store payment account change (Shinhan Card phone consultation), SOHO success support center call phone number, device information call, phone number to specific number (customer center, etc.) ).
(Required) Save (storage space): Use the functions of saving files, saving photos, recalling photos, and recalling files by logging in/copying certificates and downloading certificates.

(Optional) Address Book/Contact
Transfer (get contacts), use the phone call app in open banking (ARS) of integrated fund management or get contacts and phone numbers from phone book app.
(Optional) camera
The camera function is called and used for easy copying of QR certificate, local tax payment, QR local tax payment, national tax payment, QR national tax payment, non-face-to-face real name authentication (membership registration, product registration, personal authentication), and foreign exchange document submission.
(Optional) microphone/recording
In a non-face-to-face real-name authentication video call, you can call or use the function of the phone or the recording app on the phone.
