In recent years, the believers there are more issues related to the Nineteen Day Feast, his organization, purpose and possibilities. This topic has been paid special attention during the discussions at the Sixth International Bahá'í Convention, held last year, and we think it's time to present our explanations on the matter.

World Order of Bahá'u'lláh encompasses all aspects of human society; within it the spiritual, administrative and social processes are merged into a single unit; through him all the variety of forms of human expression tends to the overall re-creation of a new civilization.
"If this Festival is held properly - says' Abdu'l-Bahá, - once in nineteen days, friends feel spiritually reborn and filled with strength that comes from another world." To achieve such a brilliant result requires that all friends are deeply comprehended the essence of the Feast.

As is known, the Feast consists of three distinct, though interrelated parts: prayer, administrative and companionship. The first part is dedicated to the reading of prayers and passages from sacred texts. The second part - a general meeting of the believers; here seems to report on the activities of the Local Spiritual Assembly, told about his plans and the difficulties encountered, according to the news received from the National Assembly and the Bahá'í World Centre, as well as conducted a general community council when friends are able to make to the Spiritual Assembly its suggestions and recommendations.
