Marriage contract

A marriage contract or what is called a marriage contract in Islam and everything related to the contract in terms of its definition and conditions. The marriage contract is one of the contracts that Islamic Sharia is concerned with because of its social effects represented by the bond of two families that may be distant relative to each other. The contract of a legitimate marriage is considered in the Islamic religion, just as it is from the Sunnah of the messengers, and the evidence for this is the words of God Almighty: (And we have sent a messenger from you and made us husbands and offspring, and what a Messenger had to come to them is the goodness of God) On marriage and the marriage contract, where it was reported that he said: (O young men, whoever of you is able to marry, let him marry, for it lowers the sight and protects the private parts, and whoever is not able to do so, then fast, for it is for him and comes) It is the duty of every Muslim who is able to do so if he fears that he will fall into adultery if he does not marry, so the offspring will increase through marriage, the masses of Muslims will increase and the Islamic nation will be strengthened.
