In this book, the author talks about the causes of human behavior and divides them into four: self-talk, belief, view of events and emotions. The author called self-talk a silent killer and its source is parents, school, friends, the media, and the person himself. He said that 90% of our concepts are formed in the first seven years and that on the basis of these concepts we speak with ourselves. Then the author cautioned that every matter has three views: Your point of view, the other person's point of view, and the correct point of view. The author concluded with the necessity to eliminate all negative thinking when speaking with oneself, to the necessity of discussing the validity of beliefs and thinking about them, and finally to not leaving emotions to control us and the need to trust our energies and abilities.
I personally extracted from this book the following principles: We must, with good company, know that the truth or lack thereof is a relative thing that depends on the personal concept. The behavior reflects the beliefs of optimism, high energy and an appreciation that man is the favorite creature of God Almighty and they are the basis of success. Reason, feelings, Emotions and behavior are all things that we can control and move positively. Softness, constant smile and listening to others are things that increase human happiness.
As for my evaluation of this book: Since I desperately needed this type of book, I found it excellent. However, I wished that the writer (may God have mercy on him) provided more practical and realistic examples. Nevertheless, the book is of the best words, that is, what is less and more.
May God have mercy on Ibrahim al-Faqi, as the nation lost a lot with his death, and God compensated us with his likes
