เราชนะ จะแจกเงิน 3,500 บาท จำนวน 2 เดือน (ม.ค.-ก.พ.64) รอรับ 7,000 บาทผ่านแอพฯ-บัตร เพื่อช่วยเหลือบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนแก่ประชาชนทั่วไป อาชีพอิสระ พ่อค้าแม่ขาย วินมอเตอร์ไซค์ แท็กซี่ ให้ครอบคลุมตรงจุดที่สุด คาดว่าประมาณ 30-35 ล้านคน หลังจากนั้นจะเปิดให้ผู้ที่เข้าเกณฑ์ลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมโครงการ โดยครั้งนี้จะพยายามทำให้ลงทะเบียนง่ายที่สุด
สรุปให้เข้าใจง่ายๆ ดังนี้
ขณะที่บางกลุ่มที่ได้รับการช่วยเหลืออยู่แล้วอาจจะไม่เข้าเกณฑ์ ดังนี้
1.ประชาชนที่จะได้รับความช่วยเหลือรอบนี้ราว 30-35 ล้านคน
2.ประชาชนทั่วไปที่เดือดร้อนจะได้รับสิทธิ์ โดยไม่แยกตามจังหวัด
3.ต้องมีการลงทะเบียน อาจจะใช้แพลทฟอร์มที่มีอยู่แล้ว
4.วิธีการลงทะเบียน อาจใช้บัตรประชาชนใบเดียว
5.คนที่ได้ "คนละครึ่ง" จะถูกนำรายชื่อมาคัดกรอง
6.เงิน "เราชนะ" ได้รับผ่านแอพพลิเคชั่น "เป๋าตัง"
7.จะเบิกเงินออกมาเป็นเงินสด ต้องรอผลการประชุม ครม. 19 ม.ค. นี้
8.คนที่ได้บัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐ จะเติมเงินเข้าไปให้ในบัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐโดยอัตโนมัติ

สำหรับบางกลุ่มที่ได้รับการช่วยเหลืออยู่แล้วอาจจะไม่เข้าเกณฑ์ ดังนี้
*ข้าราชการ เจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ และพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ เนื่องจากยังคงได้รับเงินเดือน
*ผู้ที่อยู่ในระบบประกันสังคมที่มีมาตรการช่วยเหลืออยู่แล้ว
*ผู้มีรายได้สูง ซึ่งอยู่ระหว่างพิจารณาเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติ โดยอาจจะประเมินจากฐานเงินเดือนและบัญชีเงินฝาก
