■ 부산 동백전이란?
지역자금의 역외 유출을 막고 지역경제 활성화를 위해 부산광역시가 발행하는 지역화폐 서비스입니다.

[사용방법]
충전식 IC 카드를 발급받아 스마트폰 동백전 앱 또는 부산지역 시중은행 지점 충전 후 사용 가능합니다.

[사용처]
부산지역 내 IC 카드 단말기 설치 가맹점 어디서나 사용 할 수 있습니다.
(단, 백화점, 대형마트, 기업형슈퍼마켓, 사행성 업소, 일부 프랜차이즈 직영점 및 온라인 쇼핑몰 등에서는 사용이 제한될 수 있습니다.)

[사용혜택]
사용한 만큼 돌려 드리는 캐시백
부산 지역화폐 동백전 결제 시, 적립율에 따라 결제금액의 일부가 캐시로 적립됩니다.
다음 결제에 바로 사용 적립된 캐시는 다음 결제 시 바로 사용하실 수 있습니다.
- 캐시 사용을 원하지 않을 경우 스마트폰 앱에서 ‘캐시 사용 ON/OFF’를 설정할 수 있습니다.
- 결제를 취소하는 경우, 적립된 캐시가 회수됩니다. 회수할 캐시가 없는 경우 보유 잔액에서 차감됩니다.




[접근 권한 항목 및 필요 사유]
1. 필수적 접근권한
#저장공간 접근 권한 : 앱 구동에 필요한 파일 저장에 사용됩니다.
#전화번호 접근 권한 : 인증 진행 시 앱의 설치된 단말 전화번호 일치 여부 확인에 사용됩니다.

2. 선택적 접근권한
#위치 정보 접근 권한 : 가맹점 목록을 제공하는데 사용됩니다.
#생체인증 사용 권한 : 앱 내 지역 화폐 결제 시, 본인 인증 대체 수단으로 제공하기 위해사용됩니다.

*선택적 접근권한의 허용에는 동의하지 않아도 서비스의 이용이 가능합니다.
*안드로이드 6.0 이상 버전에 맞추어 선택적 접근권한을 개별적으로 동의하고 설정할 수 있도록 개발되었습니다. 만약안드로이드 6.0 미만 버전을 이용하는 경우에는 단말장치 제조업체에서 운영체제 업그레이드 기능을제공하는지 확인하여 업그레이드를 진행하시고 이용하시기 바랍니다. 또한 운영체제가 업그레이드되더라도 기존 앱에서 동의한 접근권한이 바뀌지는 않기 때문에 접근권한을 다시 설정하기 위해서는 단말 설정 메뉴에서 재설정하시면 됩니다.

When paying for the local currency Dongbaekjeon in Busan, part of the payment amount will be credited to the cash depending on the accumulation rate.

-If you don't want to use the cache, you can set 'Enable / disable cache use' in the smartphone app.
-If you cancel payment, the accumulated cash will be collected. If there is no cash to be recovered, it will be deducted from the remaining balance.

* It was developed to individually agree and set selective access rights in accordance with Android 6.0 and later versions. If you are using an Android version less than 6.0, check if the terminal device manufacturer provides an operating system upgrade function before proceeding with the upgrade. In addition, even if the operating system is upgraded, the access authority agreed to in the existing app does not change, so to reset the access authority, reset it in the terminal settings menu.
