[Other usage information]
▶ NH pay must be used with the mobile phone you own. (1 device per person)
▶ When verifying identity through card information, the mobile phone number you are subscribing to and the mobile phone number registered on the Nonghyup card must match.
▶ For safe service use, the app cannot be used on smartphones that have been arbitrarily restructured.
▶ For customer privacy protection and safe transactions, offline payment is possible only when connected to a mobile carrier network (3G/LTE/5G, etc.).
▶ Biometric authentication (fingerprint, Face ID, etc.) can be used on smartphones capable of biometric authentication.
▶ To prevent fraudulent use, some transactions may be restricted for cards with unregistered passwords.
▶ Cash withdrawal (ATM) service is available only for one card registered with NH pay, and the withdrawal limit is KRW 500,000 per one time and per day.
▶ Gift cards do not support offline payment methods such as barcode/QR payment.
▶ Use of some services may be restricted depending on the subscription conditions.
