[Information on precautions]
- To maintain the security of the terminal, it is recommended to update the latest version of the operating system and vaccine program.
- When using a service that involves financial transactions or requires entering personal information, avoid using a wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) from an unknown source or without security settings, and use a mobile communication network (3G, LTE, 5G).
- When using the screen service, data call charges may occur depending on the mobile data plan you have subscribed to.

[Guidance on App Access Permissions]
In accordance with the 「Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection」 and the amendment of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, the access rights used in the Hanwha Life app are provided as follows.
※ Required access rights
-Storage space: Used to store certificates, install security configuration files, and check whether OS has been tampered with for safe apps.
- Phone: Used to connect to the branch and check device identification information required for security.
※ Optional access rights
-Notification: Used to deliver information such as subscription progress, insurance contract management, announcements, and event guidance.
-Location: Used to guide Hanwha Life branches, such as branch search/search services, using the device's location information.
-Camera: Used for photographing ID when subscribing to a product and registering documents when claiming insurance money.

※ In the case of optional access rights, you can use the app even if you do not agree to the permission, but there may be restrictions on the use of some functions.
※ Consent or withdrawal of optional access rights can be set in [Phone Settings> Applications> Hanwha Life Insurance> Permissions]. (The route may differ depending on the mobile phone model.)
※ The service cannot be used on devices that have been arbitrarily modified.
