Hanwha Insurance's official mobile app provides services such as contract management and change, accident compensation, and loans to mobile users without visiting the window for your convenience.

■ User Guide
You can easily log in with fingerprint and simple password settings.
You can also log in with mobile phone, Kakao Pay authentication, joint certificate (formerly public certificate), and financial certificate.

■ Main service
- MY: Guide to customized services for each insurance contract you signed up for
- Contract Management: Consultation through insurance contract inquiry and self-diagnosis of insurers, insurance premium payment, various refund inquiries/applications, certificate issuance applications, etc.
- Change of contract: change of customer information, application for direct transfer, registration of children under fetal insurance, change of refund receiving account, change of contract holder, change of beneficiary
- Accident Compensation: long-term insurance claim and result inquiry, necessary document guidance, etc.
- Loan: Loan status inquiry, insurance contract loan amount inquiry and application, insurance contract loan/credit loan repayment
- Insurance products: mobile direct sign-up (direct) insurance, auto insurance, driver insurance, health/comprehensive insurance, family insurance, fire/property insurance, pension/savings insurance
- Customer Lounge: Notice, frequently asked questions, branch/compensation center search, required document download, etc.

■ Security
For safe financial transactions of Hanwha Insurance customers, this application cannot be used on smartphones that have been forged or rooted. (Used after initialization through the manufacturer's A/S center)
(Rooting refers to a condition in which the OS of a terminal is arbitrarily altered by acquiring administrator privileges on a smartphone or modified with malicious code.)

■ Visual ARS service
When the app is installed for the first time, it displays informational or for-profit mobile contents provided by the other party with the consent of the user. (visible ARS, incoming call screen, purpose of call at end, etc.)
