App Compensación CRTM

La app Compensación CRTM permite cargar el título de compensación, con los días y zonas que correspondan, a aquellos usuarios que hayan solicitado la compensación entre el 6 de julio y el 20 de octubre de 2020.
Recuerda que antes de efectuar la carga del título de compensación tienes que haber agotado cualquier otro título personal que tuvieras en uso y que el último día para cargar será el 20 de noviembre de 2020.

Funcionalidad:

Esta app permite consultar el saldo o cargar el título de compensación (solicitado previamente en www.crtm.es) de TARJETAS DE TRANSPORTE PÚBLICO del Consorcio Regional de Transportes de Madrid (CRTM), mediante NFC.

Instrucciones de uso:
• Comprueba que tienes conexión de datos y activa la conexión NFC en tu móvil.
• Accede a la APP Compensación CRTM.
• Consulta el saldo y carga:
1. Antes de pulsar el botón "Acceder" recuerda que tienes que solicitar la compensación entre el 6 de julio y el 20 de octubre de 2020.
2. Acerca la tarjeta de transporte a la parte trasera del móvil
3. Aparecerán los billetes que tengas cargados. Separa la tarjeta de transporte de la parte trasera del móvil. Recuerda que antes de efectuar la carga del título de compensación tienes que haber agotado cualquier otro título personal que tuvieras en uso. El último día para cargar será el 20 de noviembre de 2020. Pulsa "Mostrar títulos disponibles".
4. Aparecerá el título de compensación disponible. Pulsa "Cargar".
5. Acerca la tarjeta de transporte a la parte trasera del móvil para cargarla.
6. Cuando aparezca “Compensación realizada con éxito” separa la tarjeta de transporte del móvil.

Opciones de menú:
• Compensación: Puedes consultar el saldo actual y/o cargar el título de compensación en la tarjeta.
• Justificantes: Se pueden ver los justificantes de las cargas.
• Condiciones de uso: condiciones de uso del título de compensación más email de incidencias.

Requisitos:
Para poder descargar la APP, se tienen que dar las siguientes circunstancias:
• Móvil con NFC: Si el móvil no tiene tecnología NFC no puede descargar la APP.
• Estar conectado a Internet (WIFI o datos).

• Check the balance and charge:
1. Before pressing the "Access" button, remember that you have to request compensation between July 6 and October 20, 2020.
2. Bring the transport card close to the back of the mobile
3. The tickets you have loaded will appear. Detach the transport card from the back of the mobile. Remember that before loading the compensation title you must have exhausted any other personal title that you have in use. The last day to upload will be November 20, 2020. Click on "Show available titles".
4. The available compensation title will appear. Press "Upload".
5. Bring the transport card close to the back of the mobile to charge it.
6. When “Successful compensation” appears, separate the transport card from the mobile.

Menu options:
• Compensation: You can check the current balance and / or load the compensation title on the card.
• Receipts: You can see the receipts of the loads.
• Conditions of use: conditions of use of the compensation title plus incident email.

Requirements:
In order to download the APP, the following circumstances must be met:
• Mobile with NFC: If the mobile does not have NFC technology, you cannot download the APP.
• Be connected to the Internet (WIFI or data).
