App Inail

The Inail app allows you to use some of the Institute's services directly from your mobile phone and offers you always up-to-date information content. It is an ever-growing project thanks to the feedback from users who use the app.

Download the app and log in with SPID credentials.

Within the application you will find the following features:

UNIQUE CERTIFICATIONS
It offers you the possibility to consult the list of your unique Certifications and to save them on your device.

CHAT
Through the use of the chat you will have the possibility to receive assistance and interact with one of our operators in real time.

INAIL RESPONDS
It allows you to send requests to receive support, to request regulatory and procedural insights and to make reports.

MY REQUESTS
It shows you the list of support requests that you have sent through the Inail Risponde service. You will be able to view the details, the progress and access the request management options (cancellation or integration of information).

SEATS
It offers you the possibility of identifying the closest Inail office for your needs on the map, viewing its details, the opening hours, and requesting driving directions to reach it

IN TIME
It allows you to take a seat in the queue remotely at the counter of the relevant Inail office by choosing it from the map or by directly scanning the QR code that you will find at the office

FAQs
It allows you to consult the list of answers to the most frequently asked questions.

GUIDES AND MANUALS
It allows you to directly access the section of the Inail portal where you can find guides and operating manuals regarding procedures and regulations.
