Goal :

JardiSoft Site Monitoring is an application of JardiContacts software. It enables companies to make landscapes capture the time spent by their workers on construction sites on a mobile support (tablet & smartphone). Synchronization between JardiSoft Site supervision and JardiContacts exempt the user from any manual data entry.


Operating principle:

- The sites are created in the JardiContacts software.
- The company's employees are also created with that software.

Both information is synchronized from the JardiContacts software (installed on the PC) to the list of sites and employees to be available in the application JardiSoft Monitoring Site.

The user selects the sites on which it wishes to carry out a labor monitoring.
For each site, it will then assign employees.
The activation of a yard can trigger a start of work. Disabling will record the end time work.

A summary of the start and end of work is available to make manual corrections.

A synchronization from the mobile will transfer the hours worked in the JardiContacts software.
