Executive Council Meeting is an annual meeting where the CEO and other senior executives are talking with key people in the organization about strategy and operational issues. The academic content focuses on main strategic priorities for future growth.

The meeting deals with the totality of the value chain as Norway Group is a part of and how the various business units together contribute to further development of the company. The goal is to motivate, debate, inform and create comprehensive understanding.
