Medici SINFONIA

Medici SINFONIA is the official App of the Campania Region for general practitioners (GPs) and pediatricians of free choice (PLS).

The Medici SINPHONIA App is an easy tool that allows you to access the following functions:
- Immediate list of personal data of all clients, with the possibility of applying filters
- Receive real-time notifications for the results of your clients
- Registration and monitoring of Treatment Plans Note AIFA 97, 99, 100 and PAXLOVID
- Monitor clients in isolation, quarantine or recovery
- Record the outcome of the swabs carried out for all the assisted persons of the SINFONY Regional Registry
- View all swabs recorded via the App
- Record the vaccinations administered to your clients
- View the Covid-19 exemption of the clients
- View the results and attachments of all the swabs present in the SINFONY regional platform
- View the monitoring of the health of your clients sent through the SINFONY e-Covid App
- Register subscriptions for vaccinations for fragile patients directly from the App
- Consult statistics for vaccinations, swabs, gender, age groups
- View the start and end isolation certificates for Covid-19
- Biometric access in maximum security

The App is reserved for all general practitioners and paediatricians of free choice in the Campania region.
To access, you must have access credentials to the regional SINFONY platform (Anagrafe Unica or e-Covid Surveillance) or alternatively use SPID.
