The main features of the app for new buyers are products, showroom, Emi calculator, free online booking etc. For the existing customer- bike info, booking service schedule in advance, issues/complaints to management, transaction history, party statement, tracking history, service history and remainder are the key features. In addition, a hotline number and NiloyHero assistant will be available 24*7 to assist the user. It is integrated with the NiloyHero portal system which serves and manages centrally from a unique database system.
