Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian Republik Indonesia juga telah mengeluarkan pedoman perijinan berusaha melalui sistim OSS untuk Pelaku Usaha. Perizinan Berusaha Terintegrasi Secara Elektronik atau Online Single Submission yang selanjutnya disingkat OSS adalah Perizinan Berusaha yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga OSS untuk dan atas nama menteri, pimpinan lembaga, gubernur, atau bupati/wali kota kepada Pelaku Usaha melalui sistem elektronik yang terintegrasi.

Salah satu terobosan penting dari diterapkannya pengajuan izin usaha melalui portal Online Single Submission (OSS) adalah adanya Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). Berdasarkan Pasal 1 angka 12 PP No.24 Tahun 2018 tentang Pelayanan Perizinan Berusaha Terintegrasi Secara Elektronik, NIB adalah dokumen yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga OSS tersebut dijadikan sebagai identitas pelaku usaha. Identitas pelaku usaha ini akan didapatkan setelah mereka melakukan pendaftaran. Selain sebagai identitas berusaha, pelaku usaha juga bisa menggunakannya untuk mendapatkan izin usaha, izin komersial atau izin operasional.

Electronic Single Integrated Business Licensing or hereinafter abbreviated as OSS is Business Licensing issued by OSS Institution for and on behalf of ministers, institutional leaders, governors, or regents / mayors to Business Actors through an integrated electronic system.

One of the important breakthroughs from applying for a business license through the Online Single Submission (OSS) portal is the existence of a Business Identification Number (NIB). Based on Article 1 number 12 PP No.24 of 2018 concerning Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services, NIB is a document issued by the OSS Institution used as the identity of a business actor. The identity of these business actors will be obtained after they register. Aside from being a business identity, businesses can also use it to obtain business licenses, commercial licenses or operational licenses.
