Randers Ejendomsservice

Property Services is a contract unit during Randers Municipality's Environment and Technology, which is responsible for the management, operation, maintenance and construction of municipal buildings and green maintenance and snow on outdoor areas immediately adjacent to the buildings.

Property Services includes three sections: Building Administration, Computer Service and Security and Cleaning and Town Hall Service.

The executive staff is divided into 19 teams, which meet their individual service district with a number of buildings. In each service district is a service manager and a number of service staff and cleaning staff.
