e-Lien

The e-LIEN application allows you to pay providers who accept the local and citizen currency e-LIEN, directly from your smartphone:
- Pay your purchases directly at point of sale by flashing the QR Code of service providers
- Send e-LINKS to your friends, family
- Geolocate all providers, structures and associations accepting e-LIEN around you
- Manage and follow your e-LIEN account, as well as all your transactions

The LINK is the local currency and citizen of the Saint-Etienne region. It was created to allow all citizens to use a democratically managed currency, to promote a local economy and not speculative, more respectful of people and the environment.
