Capricci del Palato

Quality and experience are the characteristics that distinguish the Pizzeria "Whims of the palate" in Palermo in 2012.
 For our pizzas utilizzaiamo only Sicilian ancient grain flour. Our specialties: rotisserie mignon sandwiches with fritters, croquettes and bread with spleen.
 At lunch we propose first express dishes, sandwiches, wraps, salads, burgers that we produce we serve with our long leavening bread (48 hours), and baked in a wood.
