GUAM Responder is android mobile client for incident management solution supporting emergency services and volunteer organizations to better serve people in need using mobile data networks, workforce management processing and an advanced video and VoIP communication system, powered by Nexsysone

Nexsysone was established by the network service division of Lemcon networks. Until the surge in UMTS/3G deployments, mobile telecommunication rollout projects had been reasonably modest due to the preceding years of incremental network construction. However, 2002 represented a paradigm shift in the volume, and thus the implementation methodology, of network rollouts, with high volume \"overlay + infill\" deployments becoming the norm.
