Users of this app are participants of a clinical trial. Login details will be provided to participants by their clinical coordinator. This mobile application is integral to the study as a means of data collection. Using this app, participants will complete questionnaires about their health and wellness. After completing the questionnaire, users can also scan a QR code for the sample they plan to submit. Users will be able to view a history of all their reports . Through this app, users can also go to the ASA24 website (completely separate) to log dietary information.

Initial release. After using their assigned username and password to log into the app for the first time, users can subsequently use touch ID or their phone pattern to login in the future. In this app, they can log reports specific to their cohort, and scan QR codes. Through this app, users are also able to go to the ASA Food Log and log dietary information. |
