IMV Survey is a Machine Learning based model that can be used by MSME lender to -
1. Serve customers much faster
2. Keep better control over portfolio quality by keeping a second eye on decision of field agents. The machine’s prediction of sales and repayment ability is based on visually verifiable parameters which can be validated at HO through pic and panoramic video captured in App. The HO team (at backend) may then manually delve deeper in cases wherein machine’s and field agent’s decision has significant deviation.
3. Scale much faster in new territories at reduced costs since dependence on experienced credit managers/ underwriters is reduced
