MH Service

The service app offers a service provider the following functionalities:

• The ability to search for a location.
• Adjust location information.
• Adjust contact person details of the customer location.
• A walk test mode in the app.
• Place a location under maintenance. This function is only available when the system is completely turned off.
• Be notified when the system is out of maintenance by means of a push message. This push message will be sent 10 minutes before the end of the maintenance period (adjustable period).
