Cross-selling Smartphone app is for capturing activities of and by Michelin field staff for improvement of sales of products outside of normal product portfolio.
The incentive effect is implemented via the central element of challenges, the respective successes are visualized and rewarded with individual rankings and achievements. Employees are to be kept informed about the current sales strategy (cross-selling) with targeted challenges, activated in a playful way, and rewarded for realizing additional sales.
