Object Control

Object Control allows you to record at any time and in any place the physical state of real estate objects, vehicles or any other material objects that may be subject to a pledge or an insurance object and the condition of which requires periodic control.

The process of registration, identification and verification of the user Object Control is designed to exclude any fraudulent actions and corrupt components related to the human factor. Also, Object Control gives the opportunity to create review documents, which are signed by the user's electronic digital signature (EDS) and in accordance with the Law of Ukraine, are legally valid, which makes it possible to avoid using paper review acts.

Object Control is created for financial institutions (banks, insurance companies, financial companies, etc.), real estate companies, landlords, utility companies, which control the mortgage or granted for use of property.
 
Algorithm for working with Object Control:
- registration in the system with the introduction of user's personal data and confirmation of their EDS
- fixing information on the object of monitoring in the system
- Create photos of an object with a fix on each image of the date, time and GPS coordinates
- Submitting a report on the work done to the server for further processing of the received information in offline mode and creating an archive.

Object Control is developed on the basis of the method of fixing an object for establishing its validity, protected by the patent for invention of 11.12.2017 № 115690.
