Paella Infalible

Coming up with a tasty valencian Spanish paella that also has the rice firmness just right is not an easy task

This free (and ad-free) app will let you achieve a superb authentic valencian (chicken&rabbit, though you can lose the rabbit) paella in an (almost) infallible way

Paella Infalible includes:
- Introduction with useful info
- Tools and accessories
- List of ingredients that automatically calculates amounts as a function of the number of people, portion size and the size of the pan
- Step-by-step recipe that is easy to follow. It includes altitude correction for the rice boiling time, which becomes an issue over 500m above sea level
- Recommended paella pan diameters (manufacturers' recommendations are most often wrong)
