Qasim Khan Suri

Qasim Suri is the deputy speaker of the Pakistan National Assembly. He is the custodian of the National Assembly and chairs the house in the absence of the Speaker. He has the honor to be the 19th Deputy Speaker of the Pakistan National Assembly. Qasim Khan Suri belongs to a Pashtun family of the Sur tribe in Quetta. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Master’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Balochistan. He started his political career by joining Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in 1996.
